Payment Reminder for WooCommerce helps you turn “On hold” and unpaid orders into revenue. It schedules and sends reminder emails (R1–R4), brands a secure payment page, and lets you resend reminders with a single click. Everything is visible in a clear Outstanding list, with a full History of what was sent and when.

FAQ

Does it change my payment gateways?: No. It works with your existing gateways. You can optionally enable payment even while the order is On hold.
Can I customize email copy?: Yes. Use the global template or override per gateway (e.g., bank transfer). Placeholders are supported.
How are the R1–R4 thresholds used?: You choose the day offsets for R1, R2, R3 and a repeating interval for R4. The plugin will mark what’s due and log each send.
Will it slow down my shop?: It’s lightweight and relies on native WooCommerce data. No external services are required.
